At Frankaborough, we are committed to ensure that all our guests receive a warm welcome and cater for any special requirements or disabilities to make their stay at Frankaborough a comfortable one.

• There is ample parking with easy access to four converted barns and good lighting insitu everywhere/ street lamps

Frankaborough Cottage

Frankaborough cottage is a converted barn built on three levels. This cottage is the first property on the left after passing through a wooden entrance gate. There are two steps to the front door. The ground floor provides one double bedroom with an ensuite walk in shower and a separate bathroom . The carpeted staircase has five steps which lead to the main level. The spacious lounge and dining room have wood floors creating a level surface for the less mobile. There are two steps down to sitting area which over looks the garden. From the lounge area to level three, there are carpeted steps which lead to two bedrooms with wood flooring.

Rose Cottage

Rose cottage is a barn conversion on one level. and access can be reached easily with wheel chair access. The flooring consists of carpet except for laminate in the kitchen and bathroom area.

Independent mobility is necessary to access the bath and shower.

• Visually and Hearing impaired- We would ask guests to advise us at the time of booking so upon arrival we can assist you in anyway to make your stay comfortable and to be aware of assistants required incase of emergency.
